Returns and Refund Policy
Any item(s) can be returned or exchanged that are damaged, defective or do not meet buyer’s expectations in any way within a 30 day period. All sales are final after 30 days.
Exchanges or returns are offered on items that are unused, unaltered and in new condition with all tags attached and in original box/packing. Please note that we do not refund shipping charges on the original purchase. Additionally, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns are currently not accepted unless buyer contacts us for and receives from us – a RMA number.

Refund & Exchange Process
If you need to make a refund or exchange, please email us here, first ,to obtain a RMA number. Then we will make arrangements for you to return the item(s) in new condition and original packaging. After we receive the item(s) and condition is approved , we will refund and/or send you the new item(s).
If the item is no longer available, then a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days of final disposition.
If a customer purchases any merchandise at peltagames.com, the customer agrees to fully pay for all charges, including taxes and shipping/handling fees, by credit card or with an approved payment method. Shipping fees include handling fees when applicable.
No refund on shipping charges will be allowed on any transaction once item(s) has shipped. Peltagames.com ships jobs via USPS or other carrier buyer has selected via our shopping cart. Our responsibility is limited to preparing your order for USPS/carrier for delivery. Once a package is shipped, peltagames.com is not responsible and will not be liable for late or damaged packages during the shipping process.
Please keep in mind that shipping transit time is based on the number of business days in transit and does not include weekends, holidays, or the day the package is picked up by USPS. Arrival dates are only estimates because they can be subject to unforeseen delays in transit.
To return your product, you must contact us for an RMA number. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance if necessary. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Many of the products we make on the premises are made to order. If something takes more than a few days to make and ship, we will notify the buyer when to expect the item(s).
All items are shipped in new condition unless otherwise stated in the specific item description.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
If you have not received your domestic package within 14 business days, please send us an email within 21 business days to rectify the situation. After this time period, all sales are final. Most domestic orders are received within 7 business days or less.
If you have not received your international package within 25 business days, please send us an email within 30 business days to rectify the situation. After this time period, all sales are final. Most international orders are received within 15-20 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first please-
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, it can take some time before refunds get officially posted.
- Contact your bank. They can be another source of processing time before a refund is posted.
